Mike and I are just plain lucky. Seriously. Somehow, someway, we always end up having the chance to work with some of the best people around. We feel so fortunate to have had the opportunity to meet, let alone work with Rachel and Marc on their wedding day. These two are legit. The kind of people you want to know and I think their wedding is a perfect display of love, family and friendship.
We met up with these guys in June for their engagement session around the fab city of San Francisco. Mike and I instantly connected with them and had such an amazing time spending the day with them. So come September, we could not wait to get back to the SF area for their wedding day. We arrived to the Half Moon Bay Lodge to grab just a few of Rachel before heading over to the Ritz for their first look. Mike and I had the chance to meet up with mostly everyone the night before at their rehearsal dinner and I seriously fell in love with Rachel’s mom. She was there during the getting ready and was so ready to help in anyway. Rachel’s sister Heather is another person whom I came to adore. This family really is spectacular. Anyway, following Rachel getting dressed we were off to the Ritz for a quick first look since this is where Rachel and Marc stayed that night following the wedding. The location has some breathtaking views of the water so it was a great place to do the first look. Following the first look, we were off the Long Branch Farms for the wedding. Another super fun location that is definitely unique. It has a rustic look to it like a small western town, while offering all kinds of games for guests to partake in, as well as an old saloon and animals hanging around. I could give details for days but hopefully the photos speak more than 1,000 words. The ceremony was very personal and sweet. There were so many personal details that they chose to include and some very touching toasts to boot. Great food, drinks flowed and dancing commenced and finishing up the night with some s’mores and a campfire…could it get any better? I am skimping on so many deets, so make sure to check them out below.
Rachel and Marc, Mike and I cannot possibly express how amazing you two are and how happy we are for you. Congratulations to you both and hopefully we will see you again soon!

I’m going to attempt to keep this blog post as short as I can but it is going to be REALLY hard. You know, Mike and I both absolutely love this couple. They are amazing people and I wish they lived in the states so we had the opportunity to see them more often. This was our second couple from Ireland in a week and I have to tell you, Ireland is doing something right. We had the chance to meet with these two in March when they were here for a quick trip and I knew the wedding day was going to be loads of laughs. Make sure to check out how their smiles are contagious in the following images.
We met up with a nervous Leila during her getting ready. She was ready for the wedding shenanigans to begin and the time just wasn’t going by fast enough! Once getting ready had finished up we headed over to the Bellagio for the ceremony to begin. Hyde is an incredibly amazing wedding venue by the way. The guests sit on comfortable furniture while you are married directly in front of the fountains. It is pretty damn cool if you ask us. Anyway, so the wedding began and there were definitely some laughs and some tears. Leila even marked the finger that Roie was to put the ring on. That caused some laughs for sure. Then as they were pronounced husband and wife, the fountain show began and it was just beautiful! We were able to grab some photos there as well during their cocktail hour of just the two of them. It is seriously a flash photog’s dream. There is a ton of fun stuff to capture around there so we definitely took advantage before heading out. Their reception was at Koi inside of Planet Hollywood, which again, ended up being a fab time. Drinks and toasts and good times were to be had.
Congrats L & R! You are both such incredible people and the definition of Cool Kids in our book!

Gayle and Graham came all the way from Ireland for their big day. They wanted something small and intimate and just the two of the them but they wanted some fun photos to remember the big day as well. We met up with them immediately following their ceremony at Little Church of the West before taking them to a few locations around town.
Here is their awesome story of how they met:
“We met on a Yoga Teacher Training Course in Lesbos Greece. It was Zen at first sight!!
We conducted a long distance relationship for 2 years. With Gayle being from England and Graham from Northern Ireland. This trip away will be the longest we’ve ever spent in each other’s company. After the wedding we’ll finally be able to live with each other and open our yoga studio.”
And their engagement story that almost didn’t happen!
“Graham proposed at our beach hut in Thailand on the island of Koh Phangyang, after 2 other failed attempts that Gayle did not know about during the trip (dogs got in the way 1st time/then tourists and a baby near by disturbed the moment the 2nd time) he finally did it 2 weeks after the first attempt. We bought a shell ring as Graham is not great at choosing rings before buying a more expensive one.”
We wish you both the very best!
